Here at Big Lost Beef, we strongly believe in pasture raised meat and the special flavor that comes from cattle raised on pristine mountain pastures with a mixture of native grasses, wildflowers and other forages. When meat is raised right, it tastes better than any beef you have ever had. To compliment our premium beef, we've provided these recipes (though its pretty darn good all by itself!).
